Pinrang, 8 November 2025 — The atmosphere inside the SMPN 1 Pinrang Hall was filled with enthusiasm as ninth-grade students gathered for an engaging session. Golden Gate School (GGS) visited the school through a program titled “Golden Gate School Goes to SMPN 1 Pinrang,” as part of its initiative to introduce the school’s vision, global education programs, and student development activities.
The event was attended by approximately 100 students from SMPN 1 Pinrang, who actively participated in interactive discussions about Golden Gate School’s flagship programs, student activities, and opportunities to pursue education abroad.
Interestingly, two current Golden Gate School students—who are alumni of SMPN 1 Pinrang—also took part in the session, sharing their learning experiences at GGS. The students were highly enthusiastic, asking various questions regarding GGS academic programs, pathways to study overseas, and active student life on campus.
The visit was warmly welcomed by the school administration, represented by the Vice Principal for Student Affairs of SMPN 1 Pinrang, who expressed appreciation for GGS’s efforts in providing new insights to students on the importance of preparation and strategy for global education.
Through this initiative, Golden Gate School hopes to continue expanding its educational outreach programs while inspiring young Indonesians to dream big and take meaningful steps toward a brighter and broader future.
